Empire State Building will light up for Halloween -- and you can see it wherever you are

Fans around the world can tune into the Empire State Building’s Halloween light and music show on Saturday. The show begins at 6:45 p.m. Eastern time and will be on YouTube immediately after (www.youtube.com/esbnyc). An encore performance takes place at 10 p.m.
Lighting designer Marc Brickman is choreographing the display, which features a soundtrack transmitted from atop the 1,454-tall tower. The music includes the “Addams Family” theme song, “E.T.” by Katy Perry and “Disturbia” by Rihanna.
Social media discussions can be followed at hashtag #ESBoo.
If you’ll be in NYC, or the surrounding area over the weekend, the show will be visible throughout the Tri-State area. Saturday’s forecast is for clear skies and moderate temperatures.
Those attending Greenwich Village’s annual Halloween parade will also be able to see the show live.

- Hoboken/Jersey City Waterfront
- Hudson River Esplanade
- Long Island City
- Madison Square Park
- Tribeca Park
- Union Square
